This has been a recipe that I have been working on for a long time. My hubby likes sweet cornbread and I have been trying to adjust this to his taste. He thinks this is now just right.

Ingredients
- 1 box jiffy cornbread mix
- 1/2 box jiffy white cake mix
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole corn, drained
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup light sour cream
How To Make sweet corn cassarole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Spray a deep oval cassarole with cooking spray. Quickly mix all ingredients and pour into cassarole dish. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hour or until center springs back when touched and toothpick comes out clean. You're looking for a golden brown crust. This is a wonderful side dish for potlucks and family gatherings.
