Ingredients
- 2 pounds butternut squash
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pumkin pie spice
How To Make sweet butternut squash

Step 1Peel squash & cut in half lenght-wise, remove seeds & membranes.

Step 2Cook squash in bioling salt water, about 25 minutes. Drain and mash

Step 3Add sugar, spice, & butter with mixer until smooth.

Step 4Add eggs and vanilla mix well

Step 5Pour into al lightly greased 2 qt baking dish garnish with pecans if you like and bake 30 min.
