2 lbbutternut squash
1/2 tspvanilla extract
1/2 tsppumkin pie spice
How to Make Sweet Butternut Squash
- Peel squash & cut in half lenght-wise, remove seeds & membranes.
- Cook squash in bioling salt water, about 25 minutes. Drain and mash
- Add sugar, spice, & butter with mixer until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla mix well
- Pour into al lightly greased 2 qt baking dish garnish with pecans if you like and bake 30 min.
