Ingredients
- 4 cups baby carrots
- 3/4 cup green onions, cut into 1" pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter (or margarine, for dairy-free)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make sweet baby carrots

Step 1In a medium saucepan, cook carrots in boiling water until tender (approximately 7-9 minutes). Add green onions, cook 2 minutes. Drain well. Stir in the butter, honey and salt. Heat thoroughly and serve.
