Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shallots diced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • chopped scallions for garnish

How To Make sweet and spicy cauliflower

  • Step 1
    Add 4 cups of water to a large pot. Bring to a boil add some salt and the cauliflower florets Cook until fork tender about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Step 2
    In a large skillet add the oil. Once hot add the shallots and garlic cook until shallots are translucent.. Lower the heat and add the sriracha sauce, ketchup, soy sauce and maple syrup. Cook 1 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Stir the cornstarch into the water. Pour it into the sauce and cook until thickened. Add the florets and green onion. Cook until warmed through. Serve
