Sweet and Sour Baked Bean

This is a nice recipe for both kids and adults. The red frenso pepper is not that spicy. My friends son just spoons it in a hotdog bun and eat's it as a sloppy dog. Hot crusty roll are
a must.

(4)16 ounce cans campbells pork and beans
2 pkg
ball park bun size beef hotdogs, sliced into 1 inch pieces
16 oz
dole pineapple chunks, well drained
1/2 c
chili sauce
1/2 c
chopped green bell pepper
red frenso peppers, seeded and diced
1/4 c
light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
dried instant minced onion
1 Tbsp
dried instant minced garlic
2 Tbsp
apple cider vinegar


1Pre-Heat oven to 375 degrees
2In a large bowl, mix everything really well.
3Transfer to a 9x13 pan. (I use the aluminum pan for
easy clean up). Bake uncovered 45 minutes or until bubbly around the edges
