sweet and sour baked bean

This is a nice recipe for both kids and adults. The red frenso pepper is not that spicy. My friends son just spoons it in a hotdog bun and eat's it as a sloppy dog. Hot crusty roll are a must.

Ingredients
- 64 ounces (4)16 ounce cans campbells pork and beans
- 2 packages ball park bun size beef hotdogs, sliced into 1 inch pieces
- 16 ounces dole pineapple chunks, well drained
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 - red frenso peppers, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried instant minced onion
- 1 tablespoon dried instant minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Step 1Pre-Heat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2In a large bowl, mix everything really well.

Step 3Transfer to a 9x13 pan. (I use the aluminum pan for easy clean up). Bake uncovered 45 minutes or until bubbly around the edges
