This is an excellent side dish to any holiday meal or just for an everyday meal. My family enjoys it, even the picky eaters.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cans 2.8 oz french-fried onions
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup baby carrots cut in half
  • 1 cup cauliflower, florets

How To Make super easy swiss veggie medley

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl combine all the vegetables, half of the Swiss cheese, the sour cream, and pepper. stir in half of the french-fried onions.
  • Step 2
    Spoon veggie mixture into a 3 quart rectangular baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Bake, covered, for 40 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and french-fried onions. Bake for another 5 to 10 minutes.
