Ingredients
- 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cans 2.8 oz french-fried onions
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup baby carrots cut in half
- 1 cup cauliflower, florets

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl combine all the vegetables, half of the Swiss cheese, the sour cream, and pepper. stir in half of the french-fried onions.

Step 2Spoon veggie mixture into a 3 quart rectangular baking dish.

Step 3Bake, covered, for 40 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and french-fried onions. Bake for another 5 to 10 minutes.
