Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh brussels sprouts, cleaned and halved
- 1 large granny smith apple, unpeeled, chopped
- 6 slices lean center-cut bacon
How To Make super-easy & delicious brussels sprouts salad

Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Fry bacon in skillet until crisp; save 1 tablespoon drippings. Break bacon into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Step 2Place sprouts on cookie sheet and drizzle with 1 tablespoon bacon drippings. Roast in oven until desired doneness. We prefer them brown as the taste gets better and better the browner they get. After about 8 minutes, stir sprouts so they brown evenly.

Step 3Remove from oven and toss with chopped apple and bacon. Serve immediately.
