How to Make Summer Squash

Step-by-Step

  1. cube squash and place in a 2 qt microwavable baking dish.Sprinkle salt & pepper over top of squash. Then sprinkle garlic, soy & worchestershire sauce. Then add grated cheese and top with the sliced butter.
  2. Cover dish with plastic wrap and cook long enough to cook squash( 7 minutes high on my micro )
You can use all zuchini or any combination of whatever squash you have, it looks nice to have the 3 different squash though.
