Ingredients
- 2 small zuchini squash, diced
- 2 small yellow crookneck squash, cubed
- 2 small pattypan squash, diced
- 1/2 stick butter, cut in about 5 equal pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce, light
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup cheddar, jack or a combo of the two
How To Make summer squash

Step 1cube squash and place in a 2 qt microwavable baking dish.Sprinkle salt & pepper over top of squash. Then sprinkle garlic, soy & worchestershire sauce. Then add grated cheese and top with the sliced butter.

Step 2Cover dish with plastic wrap and cook long enough to cook squash( 7 minutes high on my micro ) You can use all zuchini or any combination of whatever squash you have, it looks nice to have the 3 different squash though.
