Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound yellow squash
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 - bunch green onions
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make summer squash medley

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in skillet.
  • Step 2
    Wash and slice squash; saute.
  • Step 3
    Cut bell pepper into chunks and add; wash and slice green onions and add.
  • Step 4
    Cut tomato into wedges.
  • Step 5
    When vegetables are tender, add tomato, sugar, salt, and pepper, and cook two minutes.
  • Step 6
    Serve at once.
