Ingredients
- 2 cups yellow squash, cooked, drained well, mashed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package pepperidge farm corn bread stuffing
- 1 stick butter
- - salt, pepper to taste
How To Make summer squash casserole

Step 1Melt butter/margarine. Mix with stuffing. Put 1/3 in baking dish

Step 2Mix squash, soup, carrots, onion, south cream, salt and pepper. Pour over stuffing in dish.

Step 3Top with remaining stuffing crumbs. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
