Ingredients

4 lb
yellow squash, diced
1 medium
onion, diced
1/2 c
water
1 (103/4) oz
cream of mushroom soup
1 (4) oz
cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp
salt
3/4 tsp
black pepper
2 c
corn flakes coarsely crushed
1/4 c
butter, melted

Step-By-Step

1preheat oven to 350. coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
2in a large saucepan, cook squash and onion in water over medium heat 15 minutes or until tender, drain well.
3in medium bowl, combine drained squash mixture, soup, cheese, salt and pepper, mix well and pour into baking dish. sprinkle with crushed corn flakes and drizzle with melted butter.
4BAKE 18 TO 20 minutes or until heated through and topping is golden.
