Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped raw broccoli, florets (and stem if desired)
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup kraft real bacon bits
- 1 cup sharp shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup finely chopped white or yellow onion
- 1 1/2 cups light miracle whip
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup splenda or sugar
- 1 pinch black pepper
How To Make summer broccoli salad

Step 1Mix the first 6 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2Cream together miracle whip, milk, sugar, and pepper to form a salad dressing consistency. If it seems to thick, add a little more milk.

Step 3Mix in the dressing with the ingredients from step one.

Step 4Can be served right away, although I like it best after it chills for about 15-20 minutes.
