    diced onion
  • 1/2 c
    diced carrot
  • 1/2 c
    diced red pepper or any pepper
  • 1 c
    diced muchrooms
  • 1
    minced garlic clove
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c
    mozzerella cheese
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs

How to Make Stuffed Zucchini


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Slice zucchini lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
  2. Place zucchini seeds and flesh in a bowl with garlic,onion,carrot,redpepper,muchroom,bread crumbs .
  3. Stuff zucchini shells with the mixture and put them on a greased baking pan.
  4. Pour tomato sauce over zucchini and cover pan with foil. Bake 45 minutes till soft. Sprinkle with mozzerela cheese and bake till cheese is melted.
