Ingredients
- 4 - zucchini
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced carrot
- 1/2 cup diced red pepper or any pepper
- 1 cup diced muchrooms
- 1 - minced garlic clove
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzerella cheese
- 1 cup bread crumbs
How To Make stuffed zucchini

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Slice zucchini lengthwise and scoop out seeds.

Step 2Place zucchini seeds and flesh in a bowl with garlic,onion,carrot,redpepper,muchroom,bread crumbs .

Step 3Stuff zucchini shells with the mixture and put them on a greased baking pan.

Step 4Pour tomato sauce over zucchini and cover pan with foil. Bake 45 minutes till soft. Sprinkle with mozzerela cheese and bake till cheese is melted.
