A tomato is a perfect vegetable (or fruit, if you want to get nitpicky), and when you enhance it with bacon, broccoli and cheese... well, shoot! You can bet it is a winner. Try this as a side to most any entree. Your family might just pin a blue ribbon on your apron right then and there!

Ingredients
- 4 - tomatoes
- 1/3 cup basil, fresh chopped
- 1 - garlic clove, minced
- 3 - green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup broccoli, cooked and chopped
- 3 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
- 1 cup panko crumbs
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make stuffed tomatoes

Step 1Remove pulp from tomato; reserve for later use.

Step 2Chop tomato pulp and the rest of fresh ingredients.

Step 3Add panko crumbs, cheese and worcestershire sauce.

Step 4Mix all ingredients together.

Step 5Tightly stuff mixture into hollowed tomatoes.

Step 6Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
