1preheat oven to 375*. Dice up bacon and cook until crispy and drain all but 2 Tblsp of bacon grease. Mix crumbled bacon, bacon grease, cream cheese, salt and green onion together well in a bowl. Fill the inside of the mushrooms and place in a casserole dish. (stuffing side up)
2Bake for 20 minutes, the top will be slightly brown.
