    large mushrooms
  • 1/4 c
    italian or caesar dressing
  • 1 c
    fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely chopped parsley

How To Make stuffed mushrooms italiano

    Remove and finely chop mushroom stems.
  • 2
    Combine dressing, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, and chopped mushroom stems in medium bowl.

    Fill each mushroom cap with bread crumb mixture; arrange in shallow baking dish.

    Add water to barely cover bottom of dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
