Ingredients
- 1 pound large mushrooms
- 1/4 cup italian or caesar dressing
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
How To Make stuffed mushrooms italiano

Step 1Remove and finely chop mushroom stems.

Step 2Combine dressing, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, and chopped mushroom stems in medium bowl.

Step 3Fill each mushroom cap with bread crumb mixture; arrange in shallow baking dish.

Step 4Add water to barely cover bottom of dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
