stuffed mushrooms

After looking at several recipes I couldn't find one that I had all the ing. for or that I really wanted to try tonight. So I came up with tis recipe. They turned out so good I thought i'd share.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- 2 small garlic cloves
- - grated parmesan cheese
- - parsley flakes
- - salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 20 - butter crakers, crushed ( i used keebler town house)
- - grated mozzarella cheese
How To Make stuffed mushrooms

Step 1Clean mushrooms. Seperate stems form caps. Finely chop steams, onion and garlic. (I used my food processor.)

Step 2Melt butter in a pan then add everything except the mushroom caps and the mozzarella cheese. Cook untill onion and mushrooms are tender.

Step 3Spray bottom of pan with nonstick spray. Place mushroom caps in pan. Stuff with cracker mixture. Bake at 425 for 5 minutes or untill mushrooms are tender. Top with mozzarella cheese and broil until chesse is melted.
