I used this recipe when I had my catering service. I on occasion use frozen brussel sprouts.

    brussel sprouts
  • 1 can(s)
    2 1/4 oz. deviled ham
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp
    season salt
  • 2 tsp

How to Make Stuffed Brussel Sprouts


  1. Cook brussel sprouts in salted water 5 minutes. Drain. Cut in half. Cut out center leaves removing shells. Chop centers. Combine with ham mixture. Mix well. Fill centers. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes or till heatd. Jack cheese may be added. Hot or cold.
