stuffed brussel sprouts

I used this recipe when I had my catering service. I on occasion use frozen brussel sprouts.

Ingredients

  • 1 quart brussel sprouts
  • 1 can 2 1/4 oz. deviled ham
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon season salt
  • 2 teaspoons milk

How To Make stuffed brussel sprouts

  • Step 1
    Cook brussel sprouts in salted water 5 minutes. Drain. Cut in half. Cut out center leaves removing shells. Chop centers. Combine with ham mixture. Mix well. Fill centers. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes or till heatd. Jack cheese may be added. Hot or cold.
