How to Make STUFFED BAKED TOMATOES
- Heat oven to 400. Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out insides of each tomato, roughly chop pulp. Combine pulp, cheese, garlic, basil, salt and pepper.
- Place tomato shells cut side up on baking sheet that has been sprayed. Spoon tomato pulp mix into shells, bake 10 minutes.
