Ingredients
- 4 - plum tomatoes
- 3 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 1 clove garlic,minced
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
How To Make stuffed baked tomatoes

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out insides of each tomato, roughly chop pulp. Combine pulp, cheese, garlic, basil, salt and pepper.

Step 2Place tomato shells cut side up on baking sheet that has been sprayed. Spoon tomato pulp mix into shells, bake 10 minutes.
