I never cared much for green beans until I had them stir fried; I like them this way!

Ingredients

10 oz
long green beans, fresh or frozen (thawed)
1 Tbsp
vegetable oil
1 or 2
complementary vegetable, chopped (i.e. bell pepper, carrot, tomato, beets, radish etc...)
1 pinch
salt
1 pinch
sugar

How to Make Stir Fried Green Beans

Step-by-Step

  • 1Blanch the beans in a large pan of boiling water for 30 to 45 seconds. Drain and set aside.
  • 2In deep pan, heat oil, then stir fry beans and other vegetable for about 2 to 4 minutes.
  • 3Sprinkle salt and sugar over top and serve!
