I never cared much for green beans until I had them stir fried; I like them this way!

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces long green beans, fresh or frozen (thawed)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 or 2 - complementary vegetable, chopped (i.e. bell pepper, carrot, tomato, beets, radish etc...)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch sugar

How To Make stir fried green beans

  • Step 1
    Blanch the beans in a large pan of boiling water for 30 to 45 seconds. Drain and set aside.
  • Step 2
    In deep pan, heat oil, then stir fry beans and other vegetable for about 2 to 4 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle salt and sugar over top and serve!
