Ingredients

10 ozlong green beans, fresh or frozen (thawed)

1 Tbspvegetable oil
-
1 or 2complementary vegetable, chopped (i.e. bell pepper, carrot, tomato, beets, radish etc...)

1 pinchsalt
-
1 pinchsugar
How to Make Stir Fried Green Beans
- Blanch the beans in a large pan of boiling water for 30 to 45 seconds. Drain and set aside.
- In deep pan, heat oil, then stir fry beans and other vegetable for about 2 to 4 minutes.
- Sprinkle salt and sugar over top and serve!
