Ingredients
- 10 ounces long green beans, fresh or frozen (thawed)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 or 2 - complementary vegetable, chopped (i.e. bell pepper, carrot, tomato, beets, radish etc...)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch sugar
How To Make stir fried green beans

Step 1Blanch the beans in a large pan of boiling water for 30 to 45 seconds. Drain and set aside.

Step 2In deep pan, heat oil, then stir fry beans and other vegetable for about 2 to 4 minutes.

Step 3Sprinkle salt and sugar over top and serve!
