- FOR THE SAUCE
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 10 cloves garlic
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- FOR THE STIR FRY
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 pounds brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup umami sauce
- black pepper
How To Make stir fried brussels sprouts with umami sauce

Step 1For the sauce place all ingredients except olive oil in food processer. Process until smooth drizzling the olive oil in through the shoot.

Step 2In a large skillet or wok add the olive oil and get it hot. Add the brussels sprouts and stir fry until brown. Add the Umami sauce and fresh lemon juice. Cook until warmed through. Serve with a little black pepper
