Ingredients

  • 2 medium
    yellow squash, unpeeled & sliced
  • 1 large
    zucchini, unpeeled & sliced
  • 1 large
    tomato, cut into small wedges
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried onion flakes
  • 1
    garlic clove, minced
  • ·
    salt to taste
  • ·
    freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter

How to Make SQUASH SKILLET

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet, turning skillet to coat well.
  2. Add the yellow squash, zucchini, onion flakes, garlic, salt, and pepper. Saute, stirring constantly, 3 to 4 minutes or until zucchini are crisp tender. Add the tomato wedges, cover and cook until the squash are of desired tenderness.
