- 2 medium yellow squash, unpeeled & sliced
- 1 large zucchini, unpeeled & sliced
- 1 large tomato, cut into small wedges
- 1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes
- 1 - garlic clove, minced

- - freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make squash skillet

Step 1Melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet, turning skillet to coat well.

Step 2Add the yellow squash, zucchini, onion flakes, garlic, salt, and pepper. Saute, stirring constantly, 3 to 4 minutes or until zucchini are crisp tender. Add the tomato wedges, cover and cook until the squash are of desired tenderness.
