2 mediumyellow squash, unpeeled & sliced
1 largezucchini, unpeeled & sliced
1 largetomato, cut into small wedges
1/2 tspdried onion flakes
1garlic clove, minced
·salt to taste
·freshly ground black pepper to taste
How to Make SQUASH SKILLET
- Melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet, turning skillet to coat well.
- Add the yellow squash, zucchini, onion flakes, garlic, salt, and pepper. Saute, stirring constantly, 3 to 4 minutes or until zucchini are crisp tender. Add the tomato wedges, cover and cook until the squash are of desired tenderness.
