- 2 cups raw shredded squash
- 3 tablespoons grated onion
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 2 1/8 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make squash fritters

Step 1Add salt and pepper to taste. mix squash, onion, flour, sugar, salt and pepper together. Mix eggs and butter together and heat. Then add to other mixture. Drop in oil and fry or cook on oiled griddle
