I got this recipe from a friend at a church supper. It is a delicious way to fix all this summer squash.

Ingredients

  • 3 c
    cooked squash [straight or crook-necked], drained and mashed
  • 3
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 3 c
    cornbread, crumbled
  • 1/2 -1 c
    onions, chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • ·
    dried sage, to taste
  • ·
    salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make SQUASH DRESSING

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together and put in a greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
