I tried this thinking I would not like it because I am not crazy about squash, but it was great.

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    cooked squash (boiled or fried)
  • 2 c
    crumbled corn bread
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small
    onion chopped
  • 1 stick
    of butter
  • 3
    eggs
  • 3 Tbsp
    sage or sage to taste

How to Make Squash Dressing

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
  2. ( Optional)You may want to top dressing with grated cheddar cheese before baking.
