Ingredients
- 6 cups sliced yellow squash
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 can 10 1/2 oz. cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup half & half
- 4 ounces buttered cracker, crushed
- 1/2 stick butter
- dash salt & pepper to taste
How To Make squash casserole

Step 1Simmer squash, celery, onions in water till tender. Drain add half & half to soup & pour over squash mixture.While still warm, Toss Lightly.

Step 2Melt half the butter in casserole, Then layer of cracker crumbs, then a layer of squash mixture. Repeat crumbs & squash layers ending with crumbs on top.

Step 3Dot with other half of butter. Bake at 375 for 30-35 mins.
