  • 2 lb
    yellow squash or zucchini boiled
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 2
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 2 c
    ritz crackers
  • 1 c
    onions, vidalia, peeled
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c
    sharp cheddar cheese

How to Make Squash casserole


  1. Boil the squash until tender and chop it up.
  2. In a bowl combine the squash,butter,eggs,salt,pepper,ritz crackers,onion,milk, cream of chicken and cheese.
  3. When all of the ingredients are added mix it up and pour into a greased 13x9 baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350* for 45min to an hour
