Ingredients
- 2 pounds yellow squash or zucchini boiled
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups ritz crackers
- 1 cup onions, vidalia, peeled
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make squash casserole

Step 1Boil the squash until tender and chop it up.

Step 2In a bowl combine the squash,butter,eggs,salt,pepper,ritz crackers,onion,milk, cream of chicken and cheese.

Step 3When all of the ingredients are added mix it up and pour into a greased 13x9 baking pan.

Step 4Bake at 350* for 45min to an hour
