Ingredients
- 2 pounds squash, fresh
- 1 jar pimento
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 2 packages prepared stuffing mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 small carrots, grated
- 1 stick butter
How To Make squash casserole

Step 1Cook squash in salted water and drain.

Step 2Mash.

Step 3Mix all other ingredients with squash except 1/2 stuffing mix.

Step 4Mix half the stuffing mix with the butter.

Step 5Line casserole dish with part of butter mix.

Step 6Fill with filling and top with rest of butter mix.

Step 7Cook 350 degree for 40 minutes.
