  • 1 pound squash ,cooked (yellow)
  • 1/2 cup onions ,chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs,
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup squash liquid
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper

How To Make squash casserole

  • Step 1
    COOK SQUASH IN SALT & PEPPER AND WATER SAUTE ONIONS IN BUTTER,REMOVE SQUASH FROM WATER,SAVE 1/4 CUP OF THE LIQUID
  • Step 2
    IN A MEDIUM BOWL ADD ONIONS 1/4 CUP OF BREAD CRUMBS & OTHER INGREDIENTS,STIR AND POUR INTO BUTTERED CASSEROLE DISH
  • Step 3
    SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING BREAD CRUMBS AND CHEESE ,SPRINKLE WITH MELTED BUTTER
