I can't remember where I found the recipe a few years ago. This has turned out to be a great way for my grandchildren to eat squash.

Ingredients
- 3 medium yellow squash
- 1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
- 1 box stove top stuffing (cornbread flavor)
- 1 stick butter
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make squash casserole

Step 1boil squash and onion until tender, drain, add butter and soup, mix well, add stuffing mix and 1/2 of the cheese, mix well, pour into sprayed or greased 2 qt casserole, sprinkle remaining cheese on top. bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 mins.
