- 2 pounds frozen green peas
- 1 can butter milk biscuits
How To Make spring peas and dumplings

Step 1cook peas according to directions on package just before they are done add:

Step 2biscuits, each one cut into 4 pieces like a small pie,add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3cover and cook about 10 minutes with out peeking until dumplings are done.

Step 4you may use fresh peas that you shell yourself, in this case it will take a little longer to cook and you should use 3 pounds allowing for the weight of the shells.
