·1 pkg. frozen spinach, drained and thawed

·1/2 to 1 lb. diced velvetta cheese

·garlic salt, pepper

·1/2 stick butter, melted

How to Make Spinach Souffle
- Mix ingredients and pour into large casserole or
souffle dish (buttered. Bake for 1 hour in 350~ oven.
