Ingredients
- 10 ounces fresh spinach, rinsed and drained
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 - fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 - hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 2 teaspoons grated onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 8 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
How To Make spinach salad

Step 1Place first four ingredients into a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl, pour over ingredients in large bowl and toss gently, taking care not to break egg slices.
