My sister was visiting from Texas and I made this for brunch. Everyone loved it! This is delicious for breakfast,brunch, lunch, dinner or anytime.

Ingredients

eggs
1/2 c
milk
8 oz
softened cream cheese
2 Tbsp
flour or bisquick
1/2 lb
feta cheese
10 oz
shredded mozzerella cheese
10 oz
shredded parmesan cheese
10 ounce pkg
frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
1
deep dish pie shell

Step-By-Step

1Mix eggs, milk, cream cheese and flour with electric mixer on low until well blended.
2Stir in cheeses and spinach. Pour in unbaked pie shell.
3Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until crisp and brown on top.
