My sister was visiting from Texas and I made this for brunch. Everyone loved it! This is delicious for breakfast,brunch, lunch, dinner or anytime.

Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour or bisquick
  • 1/2 pound feta cheese
  • 10 ounces shredded mozzerella cheese
  • 10 ounces shredded parmesan cheese
  • 10 ounce packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
  • 1 - deep dish pie shell

How To Make spinach pie

  • Step 1
    Mix eggs, milk, cream cheese and flour with electric mixer on low until well blended.
  • Step 2
    Stir in cheeses and spinach. Pour in unbaked pie shell.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until crisp and brown on top.
