Ingredients

2 boxfrozen chopped spinach

2 Tbspflour
-
1 mediumonion, chopped

1/2 cspinach liquid from cooked spinach

6 ozjalapeno cheese
-
1/2 stickbutter
-
1/2 cevaporated milk
-
3/4 tspgarlic powder
-
1/4 tspcelery salt
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
·salt and pepper to taste
-
1 dash(es)tabasco sauce

·bread crumbs
How to Make Spinach Madeline
- Cook spinach and drain, reserving 1/2 cup liquid.
- Melt butter, add onions and flour, stir until smooth.
- Add milk, mix well. Add rest of seasonings, and 4 ounces of the cheese, cut into small pieces. Stir until cheese is melted.
- Combine rest of ingredients, except bread crumbs and remaining cheese in a Pam sprayed cassserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and remaining cheese cut into tiny pieces.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
