A friend of my Mother's gave me this recipe last year. She said Mom made it for potlucks. Back then I hated spinach. Now I like it.... Thanks, Sharon!

Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can french fried onions
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
- 1/2 cup butter
- - saltine cracker crumbs (1 sleeve, crushed)
How To Make spinach cream cheese casserole

Step 1Mix cream cheese into spinach until smooth. Add soup, blend until well mixed, then fold in French fried onions, salt and pepper. Put in buttered baking dish. Melt butter and stir in enough crackers crumbs to absorb butter. Spread over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and topping is golden.
