frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry (10 oz each)
24 oz
low-fat cottage cheese
3 c
grated reduced fat white cheddar cheese
1 tsp
1/4 tsp

How to Make Spinach-Cheese Casserole


  • 1Coat a 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray. Preheat over to 350.
  • 2In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs and flour until smooth. Add spinach, cottage cheese, cheddar, salt and pepper. Spoon into baking dish and smooth top.
  • 3Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour, or until heated thorough.
  • 4Cooks note: This dish can be made up to two days ahed of time and kept in the refrigerator.
