Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 package onion soup mix
  • 3/4 cup herb stuffing dry mix
  • HERBED DRESSING INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
  • - garlic powder to taste

How To Make spinach casserole

  • Step 1
    Cook spinach according to directions, drain and press firmly.
  • Step 2
    In mixing bowl, stir together ranch dressing, sour cream and onion soup mix.
  • Step 3
    Put in greased 1-quart casserole dish.
  • Step 4
    Top with herbed dressing.
  • Step 5
    Blend and spread herbed dressing ingredients over casserole.
  • Step 6
    Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
