Ingredients

  • 4 pkg
    (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
  • 1 pkg
    (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can(s)
    (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    (6 ounces)french fried onion rings
  • ·
    dash pepper

How to Make Spinach Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, mushroom soup, pepper and 1/2 of the fried onions; mix well.
    Transfer mixture to a 3 quart casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes more.
