An easy to make, delicious casserole with cream cheese, mushroom soup and French fried onion rings

Ingredients

  • 4 packages (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (6 ounces)french fried onion rings
  • - dash pepper

How To Make spinach casserole

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, mushroom soup, pepper and 1/2 of the fried onions; mix well. Transfer mixture to a 3 quart casserole dish.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes more.
