Ingredients
- 4 packages (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (6 ounces)french fried onion rings
- - dash pepper
How To Make spinach casserole

Step 1In a large bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, mushroom soup, pepper and 1/2 of the fried onions; mix well. Transfer mixture to a 3 quart casserole dish.

Step 2Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes more.
