Ingredients
- 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
- 1 cup mexican sour cream (or amount to your taste)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese or cotija cheese ( both are good in this dish)

Step 1Defrost and drain spinach . Chop cheese into small pieces.

Step 2Put spinach in medium sized pot, cook over medium heat till hot. Remove from heat, add sour cream and cheese, stir well,.

Step 3Enjoy. Taste before adding salt as the Mexican sour cream and both kinds of cheese are salty.
