Ingredients For spicy spinach casserole

2 pkg10-oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained

1/2 stickbutter, melted

2 Tbspchopped onion
-
3 Tbspflour
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1/2 tspsalt and pepper

3/4 tspcelery salt
-
3/4 tspgarlic salt
-
1 tspworchestershire sauce
-
16-oz. roll or jar jalapeno cheese
-
1/2 cvegetable broth
-
bread crumbs for topping
How To Make spicy spinach casserole

1Saute onions in butter until soft; add flour and cook briefly until onions are coated with flour. Add to spinach and mix well.

2Combine broth and next 6 ingredients (milk through jalapeno cheese) and cook over medium heat until cheese is melted. Combine cheese mixture with spinach and pour into a 9 x 13 inch casserole pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

3Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
