Ingredients
- 2 packages 10-oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
- 1 - 6-oz. roll or jar jalapeno cheese
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- - bread crumbs for topping
How To Make spicy spinach casserole

Step 1Saute onions in butter until soft; add flour and cook briefly until onions are coated with flour. Add to spinach and mix well.

Step 2Combine broth and next 6 ingredients (milk through jalapeno cheese) and cook over medium heat until cheese is melted. Combine cheese mixture with spinach and pour into a 9 x 13 inch casserole pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 3Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
