Ingredients For spicy honey garlic cauliflower

  • 1 lg
    head cauliflower
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 6 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c
    honey
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 2 tsp
    Gochujang sauce

How To Make spicy honey garlic cauliflower

    Set a large pot of water on the stove and get it boiling. Trim the cauliflower and discard the green leaves.

    Place the cauliflower upside down in the boiling water for 5 minutes. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

    Drain the cauliflower and break into medium florets.

    Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle the cauliflower with the olive oil and season with salt. Roast in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes until the cauliflower is browned.

    Meanwhile, add the butter to a saucepan and let it melt. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute.

    Add the honey, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ketchup, and Gochujang sauce. Let simmer about 6 minutes.

    Remove the cauliflower from the oven and place in a bowl and add the sauce and shake the bowl to coat the cauliflower.
