Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Gochujang sauce
How To Make spicy honey garlic cauliflower

Step 1Set a large pot of water on the stove and get it boiling. Trim the cauliflower and discard the green leaves.

Step 2Place the cauliflower upside down in the boiling water for 5 minutes. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 3Drain the cauliflower and break into medium florets.

Step 4Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle the cauliflower with the olive oil and season with salt. Roast in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes until the cauliflower is browned.

Step 5Meanwhile, add the butter to a saucepan and let it melt. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute.

Step 6Add the honey, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ketchup, and Gochujang sauce. Let simmer about 6 minutes.

Step 7Remove the cauliflower from the oven and place in a bowl and add the sauce and shake the bowl to coat the cauliflower.
