- 2 pounds green beans
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups pickling salt
- 2 cups water
- 20 cloves garlic minced
- 4 teaspoons each black peppercorns, dill seed, red chili flakes, mustard seeds
How To Make spicy garlic pickled green beans

Step 1Sterilize 4 pint jars Blanch the green beans in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Fill each jar with the beans leaving about a half inch headspace.

Step 2Combine the vinegar, water and salt together in a medium saucepan. Add 5 cloves of garlic to each jar. Once the salt has dissolved pour the vinegar solution over the beans in each jars.

Step 3Place 1 tsp of each of the spices in each jar. Place the lids on each jar and tighten. Place in a waterbath over heat and leave for 10 minutes.
