Ingredients For spicy garlic pickled green beans
2 lbgreen beans
2 capple cider vinegar
2 cpickling salt
20 clovegarlic minced
4 tspeach black peppercorns, dill seed, red chili flakes, mustard seeds
How To Make spicy garlic pickled green beans
1Sterilize 4 pint jars Blanch the green beans in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Fill each jar with the beans leaving about a half inch headspace.
2Combine the vinegar, water and salt together in a medium saucepan. Add 5 cloves of garlic to each jar. Once the salt has dissolved pour the vinegar solution over the beans in each jars.
3Place 1 tsp of each of the spices in each jar. Place the lids on each jar and tighten. Place in a waterbath over heat and leave for 10 minutes.
