How to Make Spicy Creamed Spinach
1Chop and stem spinach, chop onions, mince garlic.
2Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil, stir in onions and garlic. Cook about 2 minutes or until onions are translucent.
3Add spinach and stir till warmed throughout and is beginning to wilt.
4Add salt, pepper, nutmeg and cream. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer till liquid is reduced by half.
5Add pepper jack cheese, stir till cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
