Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 5 large carrots, peeled and cut into disks
- 1 clove garlic (largest one)
- 3-4 dashes tabasco sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons emeril's essence (i don't actually measure this one, i go by taste)
- 1/2 medium red onion
How To Make spicy carrots

Step 1Melt butter with brown sugar and garlic.

Step 2Add carrots, cover and cook on low 5-8 minutes

Step 3Add onion. Cook until moisture disappears or when the carrots are crisp-tender.
