special green bean casserole
This recipe is just my "ramped up" version of traditional green bean casserole.

Ingredients
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2-3 tablespoons onion and chive cream cheese
- 4 cans french cut green beans or 9 oz.frozen bags of beans
- 2-3 - green onions finely chopped
- 4-6 - bacon cooked and crumbled into bits
- 1 sm can mushrooms, chopped
- 1 can frenches fried onions
- dash italian herb blend or other dried herbs for additional flavor
How To Make special green bean casserole

Step 1in a large microwave safe mixing bowl combine soups, cream cheese and milk then microwave for a few minutes so you can easily stir. Add finely chopped onion & mushroom. Season with a dash of black pepper.

Step 2Spray nostick coating in a casserole baking dish add green beans(drained if canned). Pour soup mixture over the beans and stir in 1/2 can of french onions & italian seasoning blend or herbs.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees until heated through approximately 30 minutes.

Step 4Top casserole with remaining french fried onions and bacon bits then bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to crisp up.
