stewed tomatoes

How to Make Spanish Squash Casserole


  • 1Mix all ingredients in an oiled 9 x 13 baking dish; cover tightly with aluminum foil or tight fitting baking dish lid.
  • 2Bake for 30 minutes at 350 or until squash is tender.
  • 3NOTE: May substitute 4 fresh tomatoes for stewed tomatoes, if desired.
