Ingredients
- 1 package 16 oz. cottage cheese
- 4 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 6 - eggs
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
How To Make spanikopita

Step 1In mixing bowl beat 6 eggs and add 16 oz. cottage cheese and 1/3 cup flour. Stir all together. Add chopped and drained spinach. Mix well.

Step 2Stir in 4 cups grated cheddar cheese and 2 T. sour crem. Pour into a greased 13x9 casserole. REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
