Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon thai mushroom soy sauce or regular soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 8 ounces king oyster mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- scallions for garnish
How To Make soy glazed king oyster mushrooms

Step 1Melt the butter with the two soy sauces, honey, and garlic together. Set aside.

Step 2In a large skillet add the oil and fry the mushrooms in batches until golden brown removing to a plate. Once all the mushrooms have been cooked add the butter mixture to the skillet. Bring to a slow boil and add the mushrooms and cook 2 minutes until nicely glazed. Remove to a plate and garnish with scallions.
